
Dr. Narendra Gowda, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Gowda is a highly experienced and dedicated physician specializing in Ambulatory Internal Medicine, providing primary care services since July 2014 in Fort Walton Beach, FL. In addition to primary care, Dr. Gowda provides urgent care services at Quality Urgent Care & Wellness in Fort Walton Beach. He is Board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Gowda brings a longstanding experience across healthcare settings of Hospital medicine and Emergency Medicine since 2002. His leadership roles reflect a strong commitment to advancing healthcare delivery. He served as Medical Director of Hospital Medicine at Sacred Heart Hospital from December 2004 to December 2012 and held successive leadership positions as Vice Chief of Medicine (January 2009 to December 2010) and Chief of Medicine (January 2011 to December 2012) at the same institution. Dr. Gowda is also an Assistant Professor Clinical at FSU School of Medicine, a role held since June 2004, contributing to medical education and training the next generation of Physicians.
Dr. Gowda's contributions to the profession have been recognized with awards, including the President’s Award (2009–2012) and Outstanding Faculty Award (2013), from both Sacred Heart Hospital and Lake Erie College of Medicine.
Dr. Gowda continues to practice in Fort Walton Beach, providing compassionate, comprehensive healthcare to patients across both primary and urgent care settings.

Sherry Chandler APRN, FNP-C
Ms. Chandler is a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience across both military and civilian healthcare settings. Her career has spanned high-pressure environments, from battlefield medical units to Level I trauma centers, where she provided critical care to patients in life-threatening situations.
Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse APRN by the Florida Board of Nursing, Ms. Chandler is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, accredited by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Additionally, she holds Board Certification as an Emergency Nurse and maintains certifications in Basic Life Support BLS, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support ACLS, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS through the American Heart Association.
Her extensive clinical background includes pediatrics, holistic care, family practice, infusion services, and internal medicine. Before transitioning into her role as a Nurse Practitioner, she gained invaluable experience as a Registered Nurse in high-acuity settings such as the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit CVICU, Intensive Care Unit ICU, Emergency Department ED, and infusion therapy.
With her foundation in emergency medicine, Ms. Chandler brings a calm, decisive approach to patient care. She excels in managing complex cases, making critical decisions under pressure, and delivering compassionate, evidence-based treatment. As an FNP, she provides comprehensive, patient-centered care, focusing on disease prevention, chronic disease management, and acute care for individuals across all age groups.
Beyond clinical practice, Ms. Chandler has demonstrated strong leadership throughout her career, managing medical specialty clinics and leading trauma teams in the Emergency Department. She remains actively engaged in professional development as a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, advocating for the advancement of nursing practice and patient care standards.

Ashley D'Amico APRN, FNP-BC
Ashley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). After years of experience as a registered nurse in the trauma specialty, she transitioned into urgent care, where she thrives on delivering prompt, high-quality care for acute illnesses and injuries. Drawing from her strong emergency and trauma background, Ashley excels at rapid assessment, timely diagnosis, and effective treatment of a wide range of urgent conditions—from minor injuries and infections to sudden-onset symptoms.
She is passionate about providing compassionate, efficient care that gets patients feeling better quickly and safely, while also educating them on when to seek follow-up or preventive services. Ashley values clear communication, shared decision-making, and empowering patients to understand their condition and next steps. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and being outdoors.
